- I guess the meaning of 'change' here should be discussed. The standard
- palette should be used as a set of 'standard' colours, but rather by name
- and not by exact appearance. I.e., user should be able to set his dark
- grey to a little darker grey, or a little brighter off-grey etc., as long
- as it doesn't get any lighter than 'light grey'.

- So surely, the first 16 colours should not be relied on for use in images
- (except for the, relatively simple, 16 colour icons).
